A very cold Arctic airmass and moderate winds will give extreme wind chill values below minus 40 this evening And overnighat into saturday. Conditions will improve saturday afternoon as temperatures moderate.

At these extreme wind chill values frostbite on exposed skin may occur in less than 10 minutes.
